Directions for use
Just add water to unlock Middle Eastern flavours
Pearl Couscous - Serves 4
1 Add 2 litres of boiling water and a pinch of salt to the couscous in a pan and simmer 12 mins.
2 Drain off the water.
3 Serve cool tossed through a salad or warm alongside our Al'Fez Smoky Harissa Tagine.
Tip: For a zesty lift, season with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
